1. Ty Segall & White Fence - “I Am Not A Game”

San Francisco’s Ty Segall might be the hardest working man in rock ‘n’ roll right now. Saw him twice at NXNE last year―once on a boat in the harbour and later at a sweaty, packed Wrongbar―and he puts on one hell of a show. “I Am Not A Game” is from the singer-songwriter’s excellent new joint album with White Fence, Hair, and I’m definitely getting some ’60s garage rock-pop vibes with this one. If you can find a ticket to his upcoming Toronto show, then go and I guarantee you won’t regret it.
