Mayor Hawthorne - “Don’t Turn The Lights On” (Chromeo Cover)
Step 1. Invite a special someone over to your house. Step 2. Light some candles and pour two glasses of red wine (not that cheap shit either). Step 3. Make a playlist that includes this smooth-sounding Chromeo cover, preferably in-between some Al Green and Marvin Gaye. Step 4. Look, do I really need to spell the rest of this out for you?

Chromeo feat. Elly Jackson - “Hot Mess”
I’m creating a “DO WORK SON” playlist on iTunes and then going to the library to get some writing done. This is the first track on the playlist, a reworked version of Chromeo’s “Hot Mess”, featuring guest vocals from La Roux’s Elly Jackson. Awesome video for this song too.
